Role Responsibilities
Lead daily shop operations, manage personnel, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate service and repair workflow, hit sales and profit targets, and uphold company policies with integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in automotive customer service & service sales
- Supervisory or management experience
- Proficient with Windows and automotive software
- ASE Service Consultant certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
