Fleet Maintenance Program Coordinator
This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of fleet maintenance by scheduling work orders, coordinating with vendors, and managing the fleet database system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Fleet Management software (Faster). Responsibilities include generating, updating, and closing work orders, multi-tasking, logging data, and maintaining detailed schedules. Essential for providing high-quality service and supporting the fleet department with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years shop experience, knowledge of fleet management systems, and a valid Florida Driver's License. Additional certifications and training are a plus.
