Automotive Shop Foreman / Service Manager

About the role

Are you an experienced automotive technician ready to take your career to the next level?

Do you enjoy sharing your automotive knowledge and helping up-and-coming technicians become better at what they do? Would you like to be very well compensated for your experience, leadership, and ability to help others succeed?

If so, we may have a unique opportunity for you!

At Turner's Garage & Transmission in Sumter, South Carolina, we're looking for someone who has excellent automotive technical knowledge as well as the people skills, patience, and leadership abilities to help develop a team of professional automotive technicians.

We've been a family-owned and operated business for over 46 years, and we're looking for someone who wants more than just another job. We're looking for someone who wants to make a difference, help others grow, and be financially rewarded for the success they help create.

What Makes This Position Different?

This is not simply a position where you'll spend every day turning wrenches.

We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys diagnosing problems, solving technical challenges, mentoring other technicians, and helping an entire shop become more knowledgeable, efficient, and productive.

Your success will be measured not only by what you personally accomplish but also by how much you help the entire team accomplish.
