Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and social media
- Conduct consultations educating clients on PPF, Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Vinyl Wraps, and detailing services
- Follow up persistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversions
- Close high-ticket services while ensuring a premium customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Uphold and elevate company brand image
- Employ strong negotiation skills ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Prior sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and customers independently
