Automotive Store Manager at Monro
As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of automotive technicians, guest care specialists, and assistant managers to deliver exceptional service and sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will coach and develop your teammates, manage store operations, and uphold Monro’s vision to be America’s trusted automotive service and tire centers. Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team to deliver 5-star guest experience
- Drive sales through product knowledge and guest services
- Manage recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance
- Control expenses and inventory management
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience in retail/sales
- Proven financial management and team motivation skills
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
