Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the store to achieve maximum sales and profitability
- Ensure excellent guest services and handle escalated customer complaints
- Coach and develop your team to succeed
- Control inventory and operating costs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in auto repair shop management or automotive industry business experience
- Proven success in meeting sales and profit targets
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team
- Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
