Automotive Supply Quality Engineer (SQE) - Milwaukee, WI
Join us as an SQE and be instrumental in managing supplier quality for motorcycle components, from product introduction through production and warranty support. You'll work hands-on with supplier quality systems, PPAP validation, and early quality problem resolution. Collaborate closely with senior engineers, plant teams, and suppliers to ensure high-quality parts meet safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PPAP preparation and submission tracking
- Conduct capability studies and validations
- Participate in design reviews with suppliers
- Perform daily inspections and manage non-conformances
- Coordinate warranty claims and supplier feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
- 3+ years manufacturing/quality experience
- Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, GD&T
- Ability to work on plant floor and travel up to 50%
- U.S. Citizenship required
