Automotive Training and Development Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Training and Development Consultant based in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves delivering manufacturing process and technical launch training across OEM vehicle assembly plants in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Responsibilities include on-site training, root cause analysis, development of training materials, and liaison work between engineering and manufacturing teams. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in automotive instructional design or manufacturing instruction, strong diagnostic knowledge, ASE certifications, and excellent presentation skills. Extensive travel up to 75% and ability to work independently are required. Bachelor's or equivalent experience is preferred.
