Position Overview
As a Product Verification & Validation Planning/Reliability Engineer, you will lead and manage testing programs within the Product Verification & Validation (PVV) Department. This role involves coordinating activities, tracking progress, and communicating effectively across design engineers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. You'll focus on ensuring program organization and reliability, playing a pivotal role in utility vehicle projects through virtual analysis, lab, and field validations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate PV&V programs for utility vehicle projects
- Collaborate with electrical/mechanical design engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Track program status and provide critical, data-driven analysis
- Supervise PV&V engineers, lab technicians, and mechanics
- Analyze technical data and present actionable insights
- Support marketing, product engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience managing testing programs (not executing tests)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and analyzing technical information
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data analysis and PV&V testing
- Knowledge of utility vehicles and applications
- Familiarity with corrective action processes like PDCA, 8D, and 5 Why
Location: Horicon, WI 53032 (Onsite) Assignment Length: 12 months Shift: Core hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Note: Metatarsal safety boots required due to occasional floor work.
