Join Our Team as a Product Verification & Validation Planning/Reliability Engineer
Located in Horicon, WI, this fully onsite role focuses on managing and coordinating comprehensive testing programs for Utility Vehicle projects. You will collaborate with design engineers, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders to drive product reliability and validation success. Bring your expertise in project management, technical analysis, and cross-functional communication to lead a dynamic Product Verification & Validation team. This is a 12-month assignment with core hours from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Key Highlights:
- Lead virtual analysis, lab, and field validation.
- Coordinate with diverse teams including marketing, engineering, and supply management.
- Utilize your skills in Excel and project management to keep programs on track.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering and a proactive, analytical approach. Safety equipment like metatarsal boots required due to occasional floor work.
