Automotive Training and Development Consultant
Join us as a Manufacturing Process Analyst responsible for delivering hands-on training and technical support across OEM vehicle assembly plants in the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will instruct plant staff, develop training materials, and support vehicle manufacturing launches, focusing on complex vehicle systems and diagnostics. This role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) and opportunities to influence vehicle assembly processes through root cause analysis and engineering collaboration. Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in automotive instructional design or manufacturing training
- Expert knowledge in automotive diagnostics, OEM manufacturing, and electrical systems
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency with diagnostic tools and Microsoft Office
- ASE certifications preferred
- Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
