Job Opportunity: Validation Engineer (Automotive Diagnostics) at Stellantis in Auburn Hills

Are you passionate about automotive systems and diagnostics? Join us as a Validation Engineer to work with cutting-edge CAN-based tools like CANoe and CANalyzer. You'll develop and execute critical test cases, validate protocols such as UDS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch system performance. This role is perfect for candidates with 0–1 year of experience, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Enhance your skills in automotive diagnostics, embedded systems, and test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform validation and testing of automotive systems
  • Develop test cases for vehicle diagnostics and ECU communication
  • Use CANoe/CANalyzer for network communication analysis
  • Validate diagnostic protocols (UDS preferred)
  • Document and track defects
  • Troubleshoot issues and support test automation

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and ECU architecture
  • Experience or knowledge of CAN / CANoe / CANalyzer
  • Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and protocols
  • Basic scripting (Python is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internships or projects in automotive domain
  • Knowledge of Vector tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
