Job Summary
Serve as an Automotive Worker Foreman supervising a team managing automotive vehicle repairs, customer service, and maintenance operations. Lead a team of 13-30 automotive workers performing tasks such as tire maintenance, ignition tune-ups, oil changes, battery service, minor repairs, and accessory installations. Ensure efficient scheduling, high-quality service, and adherence to safety and EEO policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train subordinates in automotive techniques and safety
- Schedule work and ensure economical use of materials and tools
- Address customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain proper records and reports
Requirements
- 3 years specialized experience in automotive repairs and ASE certifications preferred
- Physical ability to perform lifting and working in various positions
