Automotive/Industrial Project Manager

About the role

Primary focus will be automotive retail, motorsports facilities, and light industrial project types. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on adaptive reuse, automotive/industrial, hospitality, and corporate interiors projects.

Redline is looking for an individual with integrity, who complements our current environment and can add to the quality level of work that we produce.

Responsibilities

• Roles to be performed in this position will include schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration support.
• Work with other staff, including Architects, Interior Designers, and furniture specialists, as well as consulting engineers and clients to orchestrate the project.
• Client interaction will be frequent, requiring good verbal and written communication skills.
• Be a team player and willing to work as both a leader and support.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit.

• 5 Year Bachelor's Degree or 4 Year Associates degree with Masters.
• Candidates should have 7+ years in commercial project experience.
• Professional Registration is not required.
• Project experience in the market sectors mentioned above is preferred.
• Automotive/industrial experience is preferred.
