We are seeking a dedicated Branch Manager for our Automotive Finishes branch located in Greenville, SC. This full-time role involves spearheading branch market plans, leading sales efforts, managing operations including inventory and finances, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards. You will engage directly with customers, lead a team, and contribute to the branch's success with your leadership and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic market plans aligned with company goals
- Drive sales growth through direct engagement and support of the sales team
- Manage accurate order processing and vendor relations
- Maintain company vehicle and oversee branch merchandising
- Ensure organized warehouse operations and adherence to safety and loss prevention policies
- Lead staffing, performance management, financial planning, and credit analysis
Requirements
- Minimum: High School diploma or GED, valid Driver's License, at least one year of experience in customer service, retail, sales or automotive industry
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, leadership experience, knowledge of automotive aftermarket sales, and profit & loss management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Travel
Approximately 25% travel is required.
