Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and management of software-defined vehicle, digital engineering, and manufacturing modernization projects.
- Develop pipeline, close deals, and grow revenue with new and existing clients.
- Build strong partnerships with senior client executives and technical teams.
Requirements:
- 13+ years industry experience, 5+ in business development.
- Deep knowledge of Detroit automotive ecosystem.
- Proven success in structuring multi-million dollar deals.
- Consultative selling approach and technical fluency.
- US work authorization required.
Location: Detroit, MI / US Remote with client travel.
Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 base plus 25% performance bonus
