Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you'll lead the design and delivery of intelligent supply chain solutions for automotive clients, managing projects and consulting engagements to enhance supply chain maturity and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client projects aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct supply chain assessments and develop business cases.
- Define KPIs and value metrics demonstrating business success.
- Collaborate across teams to develop proposals and operational models.
- Provide ongoing thought leadership and support to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 5-10 years in supply chain operations or consulting.
- Strong knowledge across demand planning, inventory, logistics, analytics, and process design.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
