Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of intelligent supply chain solutions. You will engage with clients to understand needs, propose industry-leading solutions, and drive value through best practices and innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer projects and consulting engagements
- Develop winning proposals and presales solutions
- Deliver supply chain maturity assessments and business cases
- Define key performance indicators to demonstrate success
- Support process design and target operating model creation
- Foster cross-functional collaboration within Capgemini
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5-10 years experience in supply chain operations or consulting
- Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory, logistics, and analytics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate complex environments independently
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
