Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will deliver intelligent supply chain solutions, engage clients to discover needs, and drive projects from strategy to operations. You'll apply deep supply chain expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory, and logistics, leveraging digital technology to create impactful improvements.
What You Will Do
- Lead customer engagements and consulting projects
- Develop winning proposals and business cases
- Drive supply chain maturity assessments and improvements
- Align cross-functional teams to execute solutions
- Provide thought leadership and ongoing client support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred
- 5-10 years in supply chain operations or consulting
- Strong knowledge in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory, logistics, and data analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range $50,050 to $222,575 per year, with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical and retirement plans, and more.
