Position Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you'll lead Intelligent supply chain solutions for automotive clients, driving impactful projects from strategy to execution. You'll analyze supply chain data, design business cases, and implement value metrics to guide client success.
What You'll Do
- Manage consulting engagements and deliver client projects
- Develop proposals for presales activities
- Assess supply chain maturity and identify improvement roadmaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver state-of-the-art solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5-10 years in supply chain roles with consulting or operations experience
- Expertise in Demand Planning, S&OP, logistics, and data analytics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Benefits
