As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead supply chain intelligent solutions for automotive clients, helping transform operations through data-driven insights, strategic roadmaps, and cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive client projects and consulting engagements
- Conduct supply chain maturity assessments & develop ROI-driven business cases
- Define KPIs for business success
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years supply chain experience with strong knowledge across planning, logistics, and analytics
- Skilled in client relationship management and complex project navigation
- Supply chain certifications (APICS) a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
