Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager for Automotive Supply Chain, you will design and deliver advanced supply chain solutions, engage directly with clients, and lead projects that transform supply chain operations. You will evaluate and improve processes, create actionable business cases with measurable ROI, and collaborate across teams to drive value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer projects and consulting engagements.
- Develop winning proposals and presales solutions.
- Conduct supply chain maturity assessments and design Target Operating Models.
- Foster continuous improvement and thought leadership in supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 5-10 years experience in supply chain operations or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, S&OP, inventory, logistics, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
