Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead the delivery of intelligent supply chain solutions tailored for the automotive industry. This role involves client engagement, presales collaboration, supply chain maturity assessment, business case development, and process design to drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project and consulting engagements to fulfill client requirements.
- Develop and present supply chain improvement roadmaps and ROI business cases.
- Design and improve supply chain operating models alongside delivery teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop proposals and deliver solutions.
- Provide ongoing thought leadership and support to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred with 5-10 years supply chain experience.
- Expertise in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory management, logistics, and analytics.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
