Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to lead Intelligent Supply Chain solutions for automotive clients. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver impactful supply chain strategies, focusing on demand planning, capacity, analytics, and process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer projects and consulting engagements
- Develop supply chain maturity assessments and business cases
- Design KPIs and value metrics to demonstrate business impact
- Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- 5-10 years supply chain experience in industry operations or consultancy
- Expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory, logistics, data analytics
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
