Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will deliver cutting-edge intelligent supply chain solutions to automotive clients, driving projects, scoping solutions, delivering business cases, and collaborating across functions to improve supply chain maturity and ROI.
What You'll Do
- Lead client projects and consulting engagements
- Develop and scope winning proposals
- Deliver supply chain maturity assessments and roadmaps
- Define KPIs and value metrics demonstrating success
- Support process design and target operating models
- Collaborate internally to grow the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5-10 years supply chain experience in operations or consulting
- Deep knowledge of demand planning, S&OP, production, logistics, and analytics
- Ability to analyze data, perform fit-gap analysis, and influence senior management
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
