Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will develop and implement intelligent supply chain solutions for automotive clients. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver strategies using industry best practices and state-of-the-art software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client projects to meet business goals
- Support presales activities and develop winning proposals
- Conduct supply chain maturity assessments and build business cases
- Define KPIs to demonstrate business success
- Collaborate across teams for seamless project delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5-10 years supply chain experience
- Expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory, logistics, data analytics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Benefits
