Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will develop and deliver smart supply chain solutions tailored to automotive industry needs. Engage deeply with clients, assess supply chain maturity, design ROI-driven strategies, and define KPIs to showcase measurable business success.
What You Will Do
- Lead client engagements, project delivery, and presales.
- Build roadmaps and business cases to improve supply chain operations.
- Enhance Target Operating Models and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
- 5-10 years' experience in supply chain operations or consulting.
- Expertise in Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Analytics.
- Ability to analyze operational data and design impactful solutions.
- Excellent client communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel up to 50%.
Compensation & Benefits
