Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead intelligent supply chain solutions in automotive industries. Partner with clients to understand their needs and design innovative solutions that drive business value and supply chain maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of client projects and consulting engagements
- Lead presales engagements and develop winning proposals
- Conduct supply chain maturity assessments with actionable roadmaps
- Develop business cases showcasing ROI
- Define KPIs and value metrics for measurable success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
What We Look For
- Bachelor's required, Master’s preferred
- 5-10 years of supply chain experience in industry or consulting
- Expertise across demand planning, S&OP/IBP, logistics, and analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle complex projects with minimal guidance
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Benefits
