Role Overview: Lead and deliver intelligent supply chain solutions within automotive sectors, driving business transformation and client success. You'll engage clients, propose solutions, lead maturity assessments, develop business cases showcasing ROI, and define KPIs for measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
- Manage projects and consulting engagements
- Contribute to presales and proposals
- Perform supply chain assessments and business case development
- Collaborate across functions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred)
- 5-10 years supply chain experience
- Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, logistics, data analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with supply chain operating models and digital technologies
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range $50,050-$222,575 plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, retirement plans, and employee support programs.
