Focus on commercial refinish solutions targeting fleet, industrial, and commercial vehicle refinishing. Operate remotely and serve as the primary contact for direct customers and distributor partners. Benefit from a dynamic role where you apply technical product knowledge, build strategic territory plans, and support customers with high-performance coatings. Travel up to 50% overnight to engage distributors and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales with existing and new direct and distributor accounts
- Develop distributor networks, provide training and support
- Utilize CRM tools effectively and lead joint customer visits
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions
- Maintain SOPs and monitor competitive landscape
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in commercial coatings sales or automotive refinish
- Strong sales, negotiation, and technical skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
