What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage automotive construction projects with strong client communication.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and subcontractors.
- Foster new business relationships and enforce company policies.
- Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and teams.
What We Expect:
- Engineering or construction degree preferred.
- 3+ years in automotive field experience.
- Experience in design build and construction estimating.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of other construction software a plus.
