Controls Developer – Automotive Powertrain Systems

Join our dynamic team to develop and maintain cutting-edge control algorithms for automotive powertrain systems using Model-Based Development methodologies such as MATLAB/Simulink. You will have the opportunity to work closely with system, validation, and calibration teams to ensure seamless integration and robust software performance. Collaborate globally to innovate and deliver solutions that shape the future of automotive technology. Leverage your expertise in control theory, electrified powertrains, and AUTOSAR architecture in an agile, progressive environment. Tools include MATLAB, Simulink, ETAS INCA, SystemDesk, and Agile development platforms.

Key qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines, 3-5 years' experience in control systems development, strong algorithm development skills, and global collaboration abilities.
