Join Our Team as a Customer Service Specialist - Automotive Finishes!
Become a vital part of our Automotive branch success by helping customers find the perfect Sherwin-Williams products. You'll manage orders, support safe handling and delivery, and maintain excellent customer relations. Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to develop skills in sales, inventory, and material handling equipment.
Location: Automotive Branch #9208, Norcross, GA
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and delivering orders safely
- Operating material handling equipment
- Assisting customers in person and via phone
- Processing sales transactions
- Keeping the work environment organized and safe
Minimum Requirements:
- 18+ years old, valid driver's license
- At least 1 year customer service or sales experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automotive or Sherwin-Williams branches
- Familiarity with material handling equipment
- High School diploma or GED
