About the role
We are seeking an experienced Daily Rental Operations Manager (DROM) to open a new rental car franchise near the Charlotte Douglas International airport. Compensation will include a base salary commensurate with experience plus a revenue/profit sharing plan.
SALARY: 45K-55K + Commissions
Compensation details: 45000-55000
Responsibilities
- Hire and manage rental counter sales associates, detailers, and airport shuttle van drivers.
- Manage shift scheduling, fleet management, maintenance, and liquidation.
- Manage risk and insurance claims, financial administration, and establish day to day policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum two years of DROM experience of an off-airport location.
