About the role
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to build brand awareness, strengthen our digital presence, and generate qualified leads for our architectural window film business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, case studies, product stories, and industry insights.
- Build relationships with OEM, dealers, influencers, and industry media.
- Manage email marketing, website content, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Support product launches, trade shows, events, webinars, and industry initiatives.
- Track marketing performance, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Work closely with Sales and Leadership to develop campaigns that generate business opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of marketing, social media, or B2B marketing experience.
- Strong LinkedIn and digital marketing skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, and content-creation abilities.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, analytics, and digital advertising.
- Creative, organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience in Automotive (PPF or Paint Protection Films) is a strong plus.
