About the role
This highly visible leadership role will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, leading business development initiatives, and managing a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to support strategic growth objectives and deliver exceptional customer value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team focused on achieving growth objectives
- Build and strengthen relationships with OEM and Tier One automotive customers
- Manage key accounts, customer negotiations, forecasting, and sales strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams
- Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience within automotive manufacturing
- Experience supporting OEM and/or Tier One automotive customers
- Strong background in business development, account management, and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
