Location: San Diego, CA or Dallas, TX | Full-Time, On-site
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled engineers
- Drive design and integration of flight- and mission-critical mechanical systems
- Collaborate across systems, structures, avionics, propulsion, and more
- Own project delivery with transparency and quality standards
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years aerospace mechanical systems experience
- 2+ years team leadership
- Strong fundamentals in kinematics, statics, materials, and manufacturing
