What You'll Do:
- Detail and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet Carvana's quality standards
- Use lean manufacturing principles like 5S to maintain workflow
- Handle various vehicle cleaning equipment and perform occasional interior repairs
What We Need:
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
