Requirements

• Understanding of the Stellantis / Chrysler/ Jeep/ Dodge/ Ram Brands with Previous Brand Experience Preferred.
• Complete grasp of the Sales Process to ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every point in their sales journey.
• Ability to provide an unparalleled level of product knowledge and brand expertise to guide and assist customers as they find the best vehicle for them.
• Comfortable in growing the dealership and your career by meeting challenging monthly sales goals and objectives.
• Bring new business to the dealership through referrals, networking and repeat business.
