Infiniti of South Mississippi is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team!
We are seeking a proven sales professional who understands the automotive sales process, is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, and has the drive to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Maintain an active customer database and build a strong referral network
- Negotiate vehicle purchases professionally and effectively
- Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, incentives, and dealership programs
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Perform other duties as instructed by management
Requirements
- Proven track record of automotive sales success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Experience with CDK and/or automotive CRM systems is a plus
