Join Audi Richfield as an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
Due to rapid growth, Audi Richfield seeks a skilled service consultant for our state-of-the-art Audi dealership. While European import experience is preferred, it is not required. We offer industry-leading compensation packages and flexible work schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers promptly
- Obtain and review customer and vehicle info
- Report vehicle symptoms accurately
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle history
- Provide accurate labor and parts estimates
- Monitor vehicle progress and update customers
- Verify final invoices and explain charges
Requirements:
- Proven exceptional customer satisfaction record
- Experience as a service advisor or consultant
- High energy and integrity
- Desire for long-term career growth
- CDK computer experience a plus
