Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Reconcile schedules and general ledger
• Post vehicle deals and process funding paperwork
• Perform daily deposits and bank reconciliations
• Assist with warranty receivables and cancellations
• Prepare journal entries and month-end reports
• Maintain title and inventory records

Requirements:

• Prior automotive dealership accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dealership management systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
