Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store success through team leadership and customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining high standards
- Hire, train, and retain engaged team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws
- Maintain a welcoming and safe store environment
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience with strong retail sales skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to work Saturdays
- ASE Certifications 4 and 5 preferred but not required
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive annual salary from $80,000 to $145,000+
- Paid weekly, with monthly bonuses and spiffs
