Your Role:
- Lead and develop your team
- Achieve sales and profit targets
- Ensure safety and excellent customer experiences
- Manage store operations compliantly
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Strong retail sales and communication skills
- Availability for Saturdays and valid driver's license
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive pay of $80,000 to $145,000+ annually including bonuses
