Join Analog Devices as a Global Account Leader - Automotive
Analog Devices (ADI), a global semiconductor leader, is seeking a dynamic Global Account Leader to spearhead our sales strategy with a leading North American Automotive OEM. Drive profitable growth by aligning ADI’s automotive innovations with customer business objectives. This role demands building senior executive relationships, leading global teams, and orchestrating strategic account plans to ensure long-term success. You'll influence E/E architecture decisions and foster collaboration at the highest organizational levels.
What you'll do:
- Lead revenue growth and market share expansion globally
- Engage deeply through customer decision-making from solution definition to commercialization
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner with value-based solutions
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and contract negotiations
- Maintain comprehensive strategic account plans
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in sales, account management, or product marketing within automotive/semiconductors
- Proven success in semiconductor sales and executive communication
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and program management skills
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally (~10%)
