About the role

The Sarasota Studio is looking for an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our downtown Sarasota team. The ideal candidate is comfortable relating to our high-end clientele, is knowledgeable about the luxury market and can handle the entire sales process from greeting the client to vehicle delivery. Previous automotive experience is a must, along with a proven track record. Excellent communication skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance and the ability to develop strong client relationships will ensure success for this position.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest to our showroom in a prompt and enthusiastic manner
• Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge of our brands and other ultra-luxury vehicles
• Stay informed of current vehicle inventory, prices, and location
• Track changing vehicle market conditions, values, activities, and incentives
• Complete sales process from start to finish, including gathering trade appraisal information, road tests, overcoming objections, delivery paperwork and follow up
• Utilizing the CRM, develop a plan to accomplish daily, monthly, annual objectives
• Participate in the events which we may sponsor or host, both at the showroom and off-site

Requirements

• 2 years of previous experience in new luxury/exotics automotive sales with verifiable proof of meeting sales targets
• Sound decision-making and analytical abilities
• Comfortable approaching/selling high-net-worth clientele
• Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships within all levels of the organization
• Valid Florida Driver’s License

Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:

• Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service
