Join a global manufacturing leader as an HR Manager located just north of Saginaw, Michigan. Lead strategic HR initiatives and manage a team of 7 HR Generalists, Payroll, and Benefits Coordinators. Drive improvements in employee turnover, communication, conflict resolution, and performance management. Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR policies with corporate standards, oversee compensation and benefits, and manage hiring of salaried and hourly associates. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Key Qualifications: 10+ years HR experience in automotive/high-volume manufacturing, proven leadership in strategic and tactical HR, strong skills in payroll, FMLA, benefits administration, and HR policy enhancement.
