Join Our Team as a Human Resources Manager
Located just north of Saginaw, Michigan, this role offers the opportunity to lead the HR function at a global manufacturing division with over 400 employees. You will manage a team of 7 HR Generalists and oversee payroll and benefits coordination. Core responsibilities include improving employee retention, enhancing communication, managing performance and conflict resolution, and partnering with plant leadership to align HR policies with corporate goals. Candidates should have 10+ years of HR experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments and a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields.
