What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier service to customers addressing facility inefficiencies
- Troubleshoot, start up, commission, and maintain HVAC equipment
- Collaborate with skilled technicians and access advanced tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle
What We Look For
- 3+ years of HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Membership or willingness to join the United Association (Union)
- Safety-oriented, self-starter with strong communication skills
- Valid licenses including Universal EPA refrigerants license
