What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians
- Utilize your extensive experience in industrial HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, security & fire, and mechanical equipment service
- Develop, close, and manage diverse quoted work with tech-savvy skills
- Ensure safety, communication, and quality on job sites
Requirements:
- Mechanical Journeyman License
- 5+ years experience in residential, light commercial, or commercial HVAC
- Valid driver's license and relevant refrigerant and boiler certifications
- Strong verbal and written communication
Compensation & Benefits:
- $49.69/hour rate aligned with CBA/rate sheet
